NC TECH hosts virtual Focus on Talent sessions each month. The topics center around tech talent and workforce development and feature subjects such as tech training, apprenticeships, hiring tech-trained veteran talent, diversity and inclusion, and more. Members can register to host a session as a subject matter expert, then present and discuss with fellow NC TECH members. Non-members may also be included if the host chooses.

- Company sponsor is encouraged to share on social media and invite their own prospects. Hosts can also add 2-3 questions to registration to tailor the presentation to the audience.
- During the session, the time is flexible. Companies are encouraged to use slides, polls, and other features in Zoom to make the most of their time.
