NC TECH’s annual statewide kick-off event brings together top industry leaders to explore the latest trends and innovations transforming technology. The event features executive panel discussions, a keynote on future predictions, an innovation briefing, NC TECH’s 2025 Preview, the unveiling of the annual 'State of the Technology Industry' Report, a tech expo, and more!

Held at the University Hilton in Charlotte, Outlook for Tech includes breakfast, lunch, and a pre-event reception, providing excellent networking opportunities.

In collaboration with LeanIn.org, NC TECH is thrilled to continue Lean In Circles—a supportive environment where women can gather in small groups, regardless of their roles or levels. Circles offer peer-to-peer mentorship, foster connections, address gender bias, and help develop leadership skills.  2025 Circles will have monthly virtual meetings from January through June.
