Women in Tech: Sign up to Participate in Lean In Circles for 2025

In collaboration with LeanIn.org, NC TECH is thrilled to continue Lean In Circles—a supportive environment where women can gather in small groups, regardless of their roles or levels. Circles offer peer-to-peer mentorship, foster connections, address gender bias, and help develop leadership skills.  2025 Circles will have monthly virtual meetings from January through June.  

Click the pink button below to sign up and let us know if you would like to LEAD or JOIN a Circle. We need Circle Leaders to sign up now so we know how many Circles will be available in time for women to join. There will be a Circle Leader Training session on November 7th if you'd like to learn more about leading a Circle.

Gear Up for the CXO Auction

NC TECH will host an online auction where winning bidders can enjoy an exclusive one-on-one meeting with a CXO, including CIOs, CISOs, and other senior tech leaders. These personal introductions provide valuable opportunities to grow your business and gain insights from industry experts.

The Online Auction supports NC TECH's statewide efforts including our Founder's Scholarship to support young women embarking on an engineering and/or technology related degree at a North Carolina accredited higher education institution.

Lean In training

Lean In Circles Leader Training 

NC TECH will launch Lean in Circles for women across North Carolina interested in joining a small group of women who will come together virtually to give and get advice, celebrate each other’s wins, and help each other achieve their goals. In this session, you'll hear directly from the LeanIn.Org team about how to get your Circle started; from deciding on your Circle’s purpose to hosting your first meeting.
