Tech Job Fair (Virtual)

NC TECH will host a Virtual Tech Job Fair to connect candidates with featured employers.  The ‘Live’ job fair, utilizing an online platform, allows candidates to visit virtual hiring rooms or ‘booths’ to learn more about each employer and view job opportunities. Employers are able to customize a virtual hiring room to showcase their company/organization and available positions, connect via chat or zoom with candidates on the event day, access resumes for registered candidates, view reports on the individual traffic to their ‘booth’ and follow up with candidates post event.

How does the virtual job fair work for EMPLOYERS?

• Register to participate as an employer by completing the EMPLOYER REGISTRATION 
• NC TECH will provide you with a login and password to customize your virtual hiring room ‘booth’, add a video, info on culture/benefits, post job vacancies and access job seeker profiles
• Login on October 14 (8:30 – 5:00 pm) to view job seekers visiting your ‘booth’ in real time and interact live with via chat and zoom
• During and post event, you can view job applicants, ‘booth’ visitors and all registered job seekers
• Contact job seekers and follow up with applicants. Good luck, we hope you find some great new employees!

• Customize your job seeker profile by uploading your resume and picture
• Bookmark this page and check back periodically to view participating employers to-date
• Login on October 14 (8:30 am – 5:00 pm) to visit employer virtual hiring room ‘booths’, view and apply for job vacancies as well as to interact live with recruiters via chat and zoom
