I'm an infectious coach who thrives, building highly optimized/efficient plans to solve critical business challenges. Communication, transparency and clear direction are the ingredients to that success. After a 20+ year career in software development I decided to broaden my reach and become a coach to help others realize their goals and drive successful habits and happiness in their workplace.

I believe everyone deserves to love what they do and who they do it for. I believe small changes can have a huge impact on the business and that every member has a moral responsibility to continuously grow and improve their environment for them and those around them.
