If you met someone that was not familiar with your company and you could only tell them three things to sum up your business what would they be? (Facts, accomplishments, goals, etc.)

  1. Lithios believes in creating the highest quality mobile or web app for our customers that also provides meaningful business value.
  2. Lithios has a track record of working with both small startups of one or two people, as well as Fortune 500 companies in need of a world class app. We use the learnings from each user type to help enhance the other.
  3. We don't just build apps, we create experiences in people's lives. Lithios cares deeply about how much of a privilege it is to get people's focus and attention and we don't take that lightly. When someone chooses to engage with a Lithios-made product, we want to make sure they leave that experience feeling like it was valuable and beneficial.

What's the biggest challenge your company faces, and how do you inspire your employees to meet it head on?

Our biggest challenge is that customers are truly trusting us with their business. When someone (a startup or Fortune 500) wants to build an app and chooses Lithios, they are letting us into their world and trusting us to deliver. I ask my employees to embrace that challenge because at the end of the day we are truly helping people reach the goals that they may not otherwise have been able to meet. The reward is that we are a part of a company's journey and we can impact their business and lives in a positive way.

Which of your personal attributes have been most beneficial to you in your career?

This love of theater and the arts helped me approach my technical development from a more creative lens. This blend of both art and technology I believe has helped me relate to customers and build great User Experiences and products for our clients.
