What is the NC presence like?*:   We are headquartered in Charlotte, NC. We have a very senior NC based team that works closely with our own in-house offshore team. This hybrid onshore/offshore model maximizes value for our clients.

How many employees does your company have? What are your growth plans?

We have around 40 team members and are growing in both sales and development. We believe the NC market is generally underserved and plan to continue to grow with our clients and the ever-expanding NC technical landscape.

What do you love most about doing business in NC?

We love the mix of start-up, mid-sized and large businesses located in Charlotte & Raleigh. Our clients vary from small business/scale ups, to multi-billion dollar organizations.

What kind of technology trends have affected your company, and how has your company dealt with those trends?

The NC labor market for technical talent is extremely tight. Companies of all shapes and sizes are struggling to find and retain technical talent. Our business helps companies bridge the technology gap on their development teams.

Are there any cool or interesting technologies you are working with currently?

Our developers are highly skilled with open source technologies including Ruby on Rails, PHP and Angular. Our clients come to us for our team's expertise in these areas.

What do you see for the future of your business?

Growth via terrific execution. We have a strong portfolio of amazing clients and we look forward to growing with them and being the best delivery/technical partner they've ever worked with.
