Cost

$300 marketing fee to host. Must be an NCTA member to host or attend.

Content & Promotion

Host company/presenters will be sharing their expertise by providing an engaging and content rich presentation to fellow members over lunch (no explicit sales pitches, NCTA can assist to identify topic of interest if needed). NCTA will promote the event to members; include on the NCTA calendar, list in weekly communications, monthly newsletter and share via social media. A post-event company spotlight/recap will also be featured on the NCTA blog.

General Attendance and Audience

Average attendance is 10-25 guests and dependent on venue space, target attendee and topic. NCTA will manage RSVPs.

Dates

Lunch & Learns are available to be hosted once a month in each market (East, Charlotte, Triad, Triangle, West) and secured on a first come first serve basis. The exact event date within a month will be determined between presenting company and NCTA.

Time

11:30am – 1:00pm. The first 30 minutes allow for guest arrival, networking and food to be served before the presentation begins. Introductions and presentation generally start at 12:00pm and run for one hour, wrapping by 1:00pm.

Location/Food & Beverage

The host company is responsible for selecting and securing the venue (ie. private room at a restaurant, your office space, NCTA's conference room, etc. / click here for a list of suggestions) as well as providing the lunch (NCTA will provide recommendations as needed).
