Sending A Team
Most companies already pay for AI seats their people barely use. This is the session that turns those licenses into output. Groups of three or more get the team rate.

This is a working session, not a lecture. Three hours, hands-on throughout, on attendees' own real tasks. Everyone brings one thing they actually have to get done: an email they're dreading, a document to summarize, a spreadsheet to make sense of, a policy to rewrite in plain language.
Most of the value in these tools sits behind features almost nobody turns on. Only 17% of workers have been trained on agents and automation, and the ones who have score nearly twice as high onAI proficiency. We spend real time there.
Everyone leaves having finished a piece of real work, with one agent or automation running on
something they do every week, and a clear sense of when to trust the output and when not to.
What Attendees Will Learn:
Most companies already pay for AI seats their people barely use. This is the session that turns those licenses into output. Groups of three or more get the team rate.
Anyone whose work involves writing, analyzing, communicating, or managing. No technical background required. Attendees bring a laptop.
Facilitators

Mark has spent his career building technology companies, including a services firm he scaled past eight figures. He started RDU Labs after watchingthe same pattern repeat everywhere: companies buying AI faster than they were teaching anyone to use it. That gap is the subject of his manifesto, The Great Upskilling, and of the podcast he co-hosts with Teena Piccione, former Secretary of Information Technology and State CIO for North Carolina.

Greg co-founded RDU Labs and leads program design and delivery. He is CEO of Walk West, a Raleigh agency, and has spent two decades building technology and marketing teams in the Triangle. The AI fluency program he delivers was rated 9.2 out of 10 by participants, with 29 of 30 asking for a follow-on session.
