Join NC TECH and MetLife for a dynamic panel discussion, "Developing Tech Talent Through Experiential Learning." Leaders from the NC Community College System, UNC Charlotte College of Computing and Informatics, and Code the Dream will explore how apprenticeships, on-the-job training, internships, and other work-based learning experiences are critical to shaping the next generation of technology professionals.
Panelists will share insights on the value of hands-on learning, discuss successful programs, and highlight how experiential approaches accelerate skill development and career readiness in the tech industry
