Early in his career, David founded his own IT consulting company, where he partnered with individuals and small businesses to develop what were, at the time, nascent networking solutions. This foundational experience enabled him to evolve into a digital leader and agent of change who advises global organizations and fast-growing companies on transforming their organizations through the practical application of technology solutions. He possesses the technical skills necessary to drive innovation in digital enablement and leverage emerging technologies to realize business objectives.
In 2014, David was recruited to join ServiceNow to grow market share, increase market penetration, and grow revenue and profitability. He currently serves as Global Area Vice President where he executed business plans to deliver multibillion-dollar revenue, realized 33% year-over-year (YoY) growth, and has been critical in redefining operating models resulting in improved coverage by more than 15%.
