Lunch + Learn

Triangle Lunch + Learn: Understanding and Managing Your Patent Risk

Patent infringement litigation is a costly and time-consuming problem for any company that makes, sells, or uses technology. Most companies are not equipped to manage it and tend to overpay for advice and case resolution. Patent litigation insurance minimizes the costs and operational burden of these cases.

In this session, association members will learn more about patent risk and how they can protect their companies from it.

Learning objectives

  • Understand the risks that patent litigation poses to businesses of all kinds
  • Learn more about how this risk can be managed

Who Should Attend?

General Counsel, C-Suite executives, and Risk Managers of companies from Venture-Backed Startups to Fortune 500 and anyone concerned about patent litigation.
